The EY application process begins at your college’s career services office where you can learn about the first steps you need to take to join us. Once you’re in touch with one of the recruiters assigned to your area of interest, you may be selected to meet a manager or even a partner who can provide you with more information about your potential responsibilities. In addition, you may get an opportunity to meet the team and see the work environment. Be prepared to talk about yourself, relevant work experience, what you’re passionate about and your point of view on current market trends and sector developments. We want to get to know you as an individual and discover your strengths and capabilities.
Your career center has a lot of excellent resources, so keep the career counselors within reach. They will help you develop your ‘pitch’, provide advice on what jobs align with your skills and interests, review your resume and sharpen your interviewing skills.—Jill Wilson, EY campus recruiter
